I read in PDF; work should be as near to finished as possible.

My clock for turnaround begins upon email receipt of the job.

For files received after 6 pm, the clock starts the following business day.

I reserve the right to charge a “messy” surcharge if a job looks too rough to have been sent to proof. I will email you about this and you can confirm if you want me to continue the job.
